SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days after the order has been processed. In the order confirmation that you will receive by e-mail you will find the order number and a delivery number that can be used to track your shipment with PostNord.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase – return goods with a full refund – or exchange size of products during a period of 30 days after you have received the products*. In order to return defect products, please contact us at info@teambenitez.com
* All products must be returned unused (in good condition), with labels intact and together with their original packaging, to our warehouse in Sommaroy, Norway. Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for returning the product.

Fill in the form provided by us, send back via email and we will get back to you with a return number within 1-2 business days

Mark your package with the return number and attach the included way fare bill

Leave the package at the closest Post Office (PostNord)
If you choose a refund, we will deduct 125 NOK on repayment. Exchanges are free of charge.
